The hotel has recently undergone a multi million dollar renovation and has been converted from a Marriott hotel to the Hilton family of brands, as the 171 room Doubltree Hotel. The management contract was executed by Andy Kim, Chairman of Bluestone, and veteran hoteliers Jack Giacomini and Joel Biggs, Chairmen and CEO respectively of HMG. The transition to a Hilton brand will be overseen by Alan B. Bowles, Senior Vice President of HMG and formerly Director of Development, Hilton Hotels Corp. Bluestone is an owner/developer of hotel assets and owns several upscale hotels in locations across the US.

HMG Hotels Appoints Nicholas Larez as General Manager of Hampton Inn & Suites McCarran Las Vegas Airport

Larez will direct all areas of the hotel's operations, including guest services, sales and marketing efforts and hotel administration. Alan B. Bowles II and Jerry Gruber Join Hotel Managers Group Executive Team

San Diego | Veteran hoteliers Alan B. Bowles II and Jerry Gruber have joined the executive team of San Diego-based Hotel Managers Group according to President Joel Biggs. Bowles, who is based out of Los Angeles, has accepted the recently created position of principal and Senior Vice President for development.
